I am Egghead-8, but you can call me Egg.  At the start of 2021, I formed Monkey Paw Solution because the long short of it is that COVID-19 took the lives of my two younger brothers, step mom and my father all within 2 months.  This made me conscious of my mortality and realize that, "It's later than you think."  So I asked myself, "When was I the happiest in life?"  The answer was, and will always be, when I am performing; when I am singing and meeting people.  

So I set out to to put a band together.  I reached out to some players I had already performed with over the years and some new players and the Monkey Paw Solution was born.

Greasy-D has been playing lead guitar most of his life and can play any style with ease.  Beast brings a dark element to the mix.  Richie adds newness and flavor, Victor Rey comes in with countless hours of studio time and showmanship and I, Egghead-8 bring charm, charisma and authority.

Part of the reason MPS is different, is because we are playing to the fan.  Not just the fan in the audience but to the fan in each one of us.  We are writing in a way that's fun and easy to listen to without being boring or redundant.  Songs that anyone from any background of any type of music can enjoy.  There really is something for everyone.

Each player knows his part and what he needs to do in MPS.  Our audience can expect an emotional and explosive performance filled with raw energy.  The audience can expect to be part of this performance as well.  Whether they want to or not.

Monkey Paw Solution is a group of individuals coming together for the purpose of entertainment.  MPS operates with no set rules, ego's or defined barriers.  This music speaks for itself.
